Acceptance of Terms

Service Description

Promising Plates provides professional catering services including but not limited to corporate catering, wedding catering, special events, event planning, custom menu creation, and delivery services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Payment Terms

All catering bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your event date. Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed 72 hours prior to your event. Payment terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Liability Limitations

Promising Plates' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or force majeure events.

Food Safety and Allergies

While we take precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, clients are responsible for informing us of all dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee that our food preparation areas are completely free from allergens.

Modifications to Terms

Promising Plates reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
